1. It will help you end that REM cycle
I've never had trouble sleeping, no one ever said. In general, exercise helps sleep. A 2010 study on aerobic activity and insomnia found that people who exercised slept better, slept longer, and felt better during the day than those who were less active.

Also, choose a suit that is comfortable. For people with ta-tas, a one-piece might be better not for modesty but for comfort. It's hard to tell if you're worried about growing a breast in the middle of an Aqua Zumba class.
Swimming team
Invest in a good pair of goggles and a swimming with lifeguards certification cap. Goggles prevent eye irritation and help you see as you swim down the lane. The cap prevents chlorine or saline solution from crushing your luscious locks.
Find your pool
Although all pools may look the same, there are some key differences that can affect your training. Would you rather swim in an indoor or outdoor pool? Depending on where you live, outdoor pools may be off-limits for most of the year. Indoor pools are more common for exercising.
If you hate chlorine, find a saltwater pool. Saltwater pools are just what they sound like: they use a salt process to clean the water and you avoid the irritating effects of chlorine.
